Growing up in the “City That Never Sleeps”, I’ve enjoyed the diverse opportunities that the locale has allotted me. While I have an extensive formal education, including a masters in history, I find that I have learned so much more outside of the classroom. From exploring the galleries of the MOMA interpreting art to making fast friends with strangers when the Rangers score the winning goal at the last second of the third, we all strive to be understood and find joy in life.
Life experiences, especially travel (international as well as domestic) and the arts, has helped me connect with and understand the world around me. I have traveled extensively through Western Europe and hope to travel to Japan and South Africa soon.
We never stop learning and growing and my current passion has been studying to become a sommelier. I hope to continue my travels while intertwining my growing understanding of wine though visiting vineyards and wine countries around the world. My favorite wines are smooth and full of character, enjoyable on their own or paired with a great meal. Similar to how I have been described.

Favorite color: Many colors come and go, but just like me, black clothing will never go out of style. For things other than clothes I am partial towards earth tones and neutrals .
My dream date would be: A long weekend trip; exploring museums, a couples’ massage, cozying up in a jazz bar with inventive cocktails, leisurely dinners enthralled in conversation, and breakfast in bed wrapped in each other's arms.
