All new friends are required to complete screening. Please give me as much information as you can to expedite our connection.

For screening, I require your full name, an email, phone number; and at least one of the following:

  • Photo ID (government ID or passport where I can clearly see your full name and photo).

  • Employment verification (public LinkedIn, profile on company website, etc. where I can clearly see your full name and photo).

  • At least two recent independent provider references. You must have seen them within the past 12 months. Please include their website (and/or twitter profile) and their email address.
